Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Email Customer Support Representative to join our growing remote team. This role is critical in providing exceptional email-based customer support, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly, accurately, and professionally. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via email, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every communication.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Document interactions, solutions, and follow-ups accurately in the companys CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines for tone, language, and response time.
Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to grammar, spelling, and tone.
Basic technical proficiency with email platforms and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in email or online support.
Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with remote work practices and communication tools is a plus.
Full-time remote role with flexible scheduling options.
Availability to work during standard business hours in your time zone is preferred.
Some weekend or evening shifts may be required depending on business needs.
