Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes
Uphold company values and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Previous experience in customer support, call center, or service-related roles is preferred
