- Advising on destinations, premium accommodation, and exclusive experiences
- Managing detailed bookings and special requests with precision
- Delivering a high standard of personalised, client-focused service
- Staying informed about luxury travel trends and emerging destinations
- Have a strong interest in luxury travel and service excellence
- Are organised, detail-oriented, and professional in communication
- Enjoy working independently in a remote environment
- Are comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
- Bring experience from travel, hospitality, or customer service (helpful but not essential)
