Customer Service Rep, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
As a Porsche Product Expert, you’ll be a key resource to the Porsche Centre, ensuing our customers and team members are fully educated on our product range, their features and technologies. You will deliver an unsurpassed customer experience by helping our customers make informed decisions through product demonstrations, consultations and personalised guidance by ensuring accurate product information and exceptional service - ultimately driving product adoption or continued ownership.
Responsibilities- Be the Centre expert for Customer queries in any medium regarding the usage and function of Porsche products, including, but not limited to:
- Porsche Car Connect (PCC)
- Porsche Telematics
- Apple Car Play
- Personalisation Options
- Vehicle Products and Features
- Provide expert level product support to customers and the sales team, being the contact person, for customers during vehicle ownership in instances of technical or troubleshooting issues
- Support the sales team with product demonstrations
- Pro‑actively offer every customer a second hand‑over – either in the showroom, customer’s home / work or through a digital platform/video call
- Ensure all Centre staff are up to date on the latest and future product information/technological developments and that their knowledge is of a high standard.
- Fully maintain accurate data relating to customers as appropriate, updating internal systems
- Develop a good knowledge and understanding of all competitive products and dealerships to provide better insight to customers and management.
- Support the Porsche Centre with various marketing activities and events
- Full Driving Licence
- Passion for cars and the ability to quickly learn about vehicle specifications and technology
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and responding to customer queries across various platforms
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team orientated mindset
- Comfortable using technology including tablets, CRM Software and vehicle infotainment systems
- Good IT skills (Microsoft office suite, CRM database)
- Previous experience in a high value retail market.
- Experience of working in a large franchised automotive dealership
- Familiarity with electric vehicles and emerging automotive technologies
