Understanding the needs of our business members and clients and offering them a UNIQUE and PERSONALIZED experience is at the heart of our mission.
You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls using a call generator to efficiently respond to the immediate needs of our business members and clients. But your role goes far beyond simply addressing an initial request or delivering excellent service—you’ll ensure businesses have the best tools to drive their success. We also take the time to understand the stories, challenges, and projects of our business members and clients.

What you bring to the table
High school diplomas in a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in customer service experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in the banking or financial sector
Knowledge of French is required
Some positions require advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Knowledge of or interest in the business sector and business development
Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturdays during the day
