Customer Service Rep – Remote; Automotive, Bilingual: English​/German

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Document and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude

• Must be fluent in English, German, and French
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and eagerness to learn new technologies

• Candidate located in the Oshawa, ON area preferred, but not required
• Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
