We are currently seeking candidates located in Ottawa for this position. The role is fully remote, and applicants from across Canada are encouraged to apply, as they may also be considered for this opportunity on a remote basis.

Advantages
- $44,000 - $50,500 Annual Salary
- Full time, Permanent position
- Hybrid Workstyle ( 4 days at home and 1 day in office located in Montreal)
- Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship

Responsibilities
-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8am-8pm EST

Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
- Able to work under pressure
- High School Diploma Required
