Job description
Account Manager – Perth, Reading or Cardiff Office. 2 days per week in office, the rest working from home. £14.02 per hour. 3‑month contract likely to extend.
I am working for a large energy company to recruit an Account Manager working in the Billing team. This role includes managing customer billing workflow, admin work, answering customer emails and the occasional customer telephone call.
No sales experience required, however experience in handling customer interactions over different platforms (emails, calls, etc.) is essential.
Responsibilities- Managing customer billing workflow
- Administrative tasks
- Answering customer emails
- Answering customer calls
- Previous experience in call centre environments
- Superb customer service and communication skills
- Good IT skills (especially Excel)
- Personable and engaging
- "Treating Customers Fairly"
