Job SummaryJoin our fantastic Customer Service team as a Customer Support Advisor based in Leeds Wellington Place. This is a full-time role starting on 29/09/2025, offering a salary starting at £25,000, increasing to £25,750 after 6 months, with opportunities for further progression through our skill framework.
Shift Pattern- 4-day week with start times between 8am and 10am and end times between 5.45pm and 7.45pm
- Maximum of 4 out of 7 days (Monday-Sunday)
- Up to 50% weekend days over 4 weeks
- Assist customers with navigating our banking app and resolving complex needs
- Provide outstanding customer support and service
- Engage in ongoing training and skill development
- Passion for helping people and providing excellent service
- Willingness to learn, with full training provided
