Customer Service Representative
Schoters is an ed‑tech start‑up from Indonesia that provides end‑to‑end services for everyone to get into their dream universities worldwide. We are hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist with remote working arrangement.
Job Description:
- Provide assistance and information on product features.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
- Help customers with their questions and address issues regarding products or services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree (all majors).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferably have previous experience as Customer Service.
