We are looking for a motivated CRM Executive to join our team in Skelmersdale, working alongside our CRM Executive and reporting to the CRM Manager. You will play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery, and optimisation of multi‑channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, Whats App, push notifications, and in‑app messages.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of customer communications across email, SMS/RCS, Whats App, push notifications, in‑app messages, and content cards.
- Help coordinate the communications calendar and contribute to campaign planning alongside the wider CRM team.
- Build, schedule, test, and optimise campaigns under guidance to ensure accurate delivery and strong performance.
- Assist in building, scheduling, testing, and optimisation of automated customer journeys, using behavioural triggers and lifecycle milestones.
- Work closely with teams across the business to gather and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant content for customer communications.
- Support deliverability best practices, including data hygiene, suppression management, and maintaining compliant contact lists.
- Monitor campaign and journey performance and support testing to help improve conversion and retention.
The successful CRM Executive will have hands‑on experience delivering customer communications via a CRM or email service platform, with exposure to customer lifecycle or triggered campaigns. This role requires clear communication, good organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working with data and collaborating with others in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience- Some experience using a CRM or email service platform (experience with Braze or similar platforms desirable).
- 1–3 years experience in a CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing role, ideally within a B2C e‑commerce environment.
- Comfortable working with campaign performance data, with good attention to detail.
- An understanding of data protection, consent, and compliance requirements when sending customer communications.
- Good time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced team environment.
- Exposure to customer lifecycle or triggered campaigns.
- Some experience supporting audience segmentation and testing activity (such as A/B tests) or a willingness to learn.
- Will be given dedicated time and access to training on our CRM platform, including Braze’s learning resources, to support your development.
