We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent with excellent German skills to strengthen our team for a leading online service in the travel and booking sector. Your Tasks as a Service Hero:

  • Comprehensive Support:
    Handling customer inquiries, primarily via email and chat, with a high focus on quality.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Building a positive customer relationship through friendly and expert advice.
  • Travel Support:
    Assisting customers with travel details, payment processing, and general service information.
  • Process Optimization:
    Documenting trends and recurring issues to improve service efficiency.

Your Work Environment and Benefits:

  • 100% Remote:
    Work comfortably from your approved residence in Turkey.
  • Stable Shift Model:
    Full-time (40 hours), 5 days per week. Shifts rotate and cover working hours between 08:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Summer) and 08:30 AM and 10:00 PM (Winter).
  • Time Off:
    You will have two consecutive days off per week (flexible between weekdays and weekends).

Requirements for

Your Profile:

  • Language

    Skills:

    Fluent German skills (C1/C2), written and verbal, are required.
  • English

    Skills:

    Good knowledge (B2) of English for the internal team and training materials.
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong empathy, patience, and excellent written communication skills.
  • Location Requirement:
    Residence in Turkey is strictly mandatory.
