Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team, supporting customers of a globally recognized streaming and entertainment platform. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for users, assisting them with subscription inquiries, billing issues, technical troubleshooting, and general platform usage. Your mission is to deliver a consistently excellent and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, and email in Dutch and the working language.
- Efficiently resolve issues related to account access, payment methods, technical connectivity, and content playback.
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, consistently meeting or exceeding quality assurance standards.
- Work according to pre-shared monthly shifts, with schedules released one month in advance.
- Actively contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company and project processes and policies.
- Manage scheduled breaks (75 minutes total per day) effectively.
- Exceptional fluency in Dutch (Native/C2) and proficiency in the working language (B2 minimum).
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a digital, streaming, or tech‑support capacity.
- A passion for entertainment and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, resourceful attitude.
- Comfortable working within a structured shift system and flexible hours.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
- Location:
Fully Remote (Home‑Office) position based in Turkey. - Working Hours:
Full‑time position, with shifts generally running 11:00‑20:00 (shift forward one hour during daylight saving time). - Time Off:
Two variable days off per week. Time‑off requests are approved for approximately 20% of the time, provided they are submitted at least one month in advance. - Benefits:
