What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll connect with union members who have requested information about their available benefits. You’ll help them navigate their options, explain details clearly, and make sure each member receives the information they need with confidence and understanding.
Daily responsibilities include:
Managing
inbound and outbound calls
with members who have requested program informationScheduling and leading virtual meetings
to review available optionsProviding clear explanations about benefit programs and eligibility
Completing and reviewing necessary
forms, applications, and documentationMaintaining accurate digital records and ensuring quality control for all completed files
Participating in ongoing
training and mentorship
sessions for professional growthCollaborating with team members and leaders to ensure timely, consistent service delivery
You’ll work remotely using modern tools and systems, with full support from a dedicated leadership team that values personal growth and long-term career success.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
Experience working directly with people is an asset, but full training is provided — no prior experience required.
