German Customer Support Agent - Turkey based (FULL REMOTE)
We are recruiting German Customer Support Agents to work in Turkey.
Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities, offering the best quality service to customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.
Your Role As a Customer Support Agent- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
- Provide support and direction to customers, resolving service issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate data input of customer enquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database.
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training.
- Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level or native).
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Good computer skills.
- Previous experience or contact with clients.
- Excellent communication, listening, empathy, and time‑management skills.
