The Role
As a Customer Interaction Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional service experiences to German-speaking clients while working remotely in Turkey.
Your Day-to-Day- Respond to inquiries in German and English.
- Assist with product use, billing, and troubleshooting.
- Record detailed case notes.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives.
- German C2, English C1.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Remote setup in Turkey.
