We are recruiting Dutch Customer Support Agents to work in Turkey.

Your mission as a customer support agent is to support customers, offering the best quality service while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and direction to customers, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback in the customer services database.
• Troubleshoot by using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Good computer skills.
• Previous experience or customer contact.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good listening and empathy skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Team spirit and flexibility.
