Virtual Designer; Remote

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Virtual Travel Experience Designer to support clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences in a fully remote, work-from-home role. In this role, you will assist travelers with vacation planning, itinerary coordination, and travel arrangements while serving as a primary point of contact throughout the booking process. The position offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work across multiple destinations and travel types.

• Plan and coordinate customized travel experiences for leisure travelers
• Communicate with clients to assess travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Manage travel bookings, confirmations, itineraries, and documentation
• Provide professional customer support before and during travel

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills, including email, web-based systems, and online research
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and follow processes
