Location: Genf
Overview
Remote French-Speaking Customer Service Representative. Athens, Greece (Work From Home within Greece; relocation package is offered).
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive brand representation
- If relocating:
Work From Home setup will be based in Athens - If already in Greece:
Work From Home is possible anywhere in Greece
- Flight ticket (within the EU)
- 2 weeks hotel accommodation
- Airport pickup
- Real estate agency fee covered
- Multiple start dates available
- Fluent French (C1 level or higher)
- Good English skills (B2 or higher)
- EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
