About the Role
Roof Ohio Inc. is looking for a friendly and dependable Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers and provide basic support from home. This is an entry-level position, and previous customer service experience is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by phone, chat, or other communication channels
- Provide basic information about company services
- Assist with scheduling customer appointments
- Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Keep basic customer information organized
- Forward complex questions to the appropriate team member
