Remote Inbound Donor Service Agent

A customer service organization is seeking experienced individuals for their Winter Campaign Project. As an Independent Contractor, you will provide customer service for nonprofits, primarily handling donations for PBS and NPR. Applicants must have at least 6 months of telephone experience, computer skills, and must type 40 WPM or more. Certification begins on October 15, 2015, and completion is required within 14 days.
