Conduent is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist participants with questions about their benefits and plan provisions. This fully remote role handles inbound calls, explains options, completes transactions, and guides participants through forms and processes.
Training lasts 7–8 weeks with full-time hours between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The role offers health/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, paid holidays, and PTO, with a base pay of $16 per hour.
