Grand Circle Corporation is seeking Remote Inbound Customer Service Agents to support travelers who have already booked trips. As a Travel Advisor I, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, update reservations, process payments, and provide itinerary information from home.
You’ll work across multiple programs with emphasis on empathy, accuracy, and timely communication. The role is fully remote, with six-week training and a shift schedule that supports weekend and weekday coverage.
