Bishop & Company is recruiting for a remote Contact Center Representative to support a large-scale claims administration project related to the Maui wildfires. This full-time temporary role is remote for Hawaii residents, with potential transition to part-time as the project evolves.
Scheduling is roughly 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM HST. You will serve as the primary contact for claimants, law firms, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and chat; enter claimant data; follow scripts;
