Remote Travel Advisor

Travel Navigator Co. is looking for a friendly, organized individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Advisor. In this role, you will guide clients through planning and booking their vacations, offering helpful advice and making sure every trip fits their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their travel goals, dates, group size, and budgets
• Recommend cruises, resorts, tours, and vacation packages that match client preferences
• Explain trip options, inclusions, pricing, and policies in a clear, helpful way
• Guide clients through the booking process and review details for accuracy
• Contact travel suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details
• Send clients timely confirmations, updates, and pre-trip reminders
• Help resolve issues and handle changes to existing reservations
• Keep accurate records of client information and bookings
• Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
• Friendly, customer-first attitude with an interest in travel
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in your location
