Position: Bilingual Insurance CSR (Mandarin/ Cantonese) (Fully Remote)

About the Role:

• Bilingual Insurance CSR supporting an international insurance client's Chinese-speaking customer base.
• Handle customer calls, policy servicing, quoting, and carrier coordination.
• Requires fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin and professional English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and assist with routine insurance requests.
• Process policy changes, prepare quotes, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with carriers and direct calls to appropriate teams.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken Cantonese or Mandarin (Cantonese preferred) and English.
• Customer service or call center experience, detail-oriented, and comfortable with software.
• Full-time availability, Pacific Time hours, with a quiet remote workspace.
