Remote Concierge GDS Specialist

Use Sabre and GDS expertise as a Remote Travel Concierge supporting premium customers across Ontario. Coordinate personalized domestic and international travel arrangements.

Aspire Lifestyles seeks experienced travel professionals for a permanent, full-time remote position. You will book flights, accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, entertainment, and lifestyle services. The work includes managing changes, disruptions, complex itineraries, and customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

• Book, modify, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements
• Use Sabre and other GDS tools to coordinate solutions
• Manage flight changes, cancellations, disruptions, and complex itineraries
• Support dining, entertainment, and lifestyle service requests
• Document interactions while meeting quality and productivity standards

• Minimum two years of professional travel industry experience
• Hands-on GDS experience strongly preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ontario residence and reliable hardwired internet connection required
