You will handle incoming patient calls with empathy, document interactions, and resolve billing inquiries while adhering to HIPAA and client workflows.
Ideal candidates are fluent in English/Spanish, have at least a high school diploma, type 40 WPM, and possess strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
