Yoh is seeking a remote customer support specialist to assist financial advisors and investors with account inquiries. After training, you will handle 30–50+ inbound calls daily in a fast-paced, scheduled environment.
We require 2+ years of client-facing experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Training starts Dec 15, 2026, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET; four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days may be required. Eligible benefits are included.
