Senior Landscape Architect (Landscape Planning)

Overview:
Our growing Landscape Architecture team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Landscape Architect with Landscape Planning and LVIA experience to join us working on a broad range of prestigious landscape projects across the UK. This role focuses on landscape planning, landscape assessments and sustainable master planning, while also utilizing landscape design skills.

• Carry out landscape/townscape and visual impact assessments
• Provide strategic analysis and strategic green infrastructure advice
• Contribute to landscape-led master planning
• Develop conceptual and strategic design sketches as appropriate
• Prepare input to Vision Documents, Design and Access Statements and Design Codes
• Undertake townscape and visual impact assessments, including tall buildings and Green Belts/Strategic Gaps assessments

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a landscape architecture practice or in a multidisciplinary consultancy
• Good knowledge of current UK planning and environmental assessment legislation
• Ability to develop designs, write reports, and work with industry software
• Possibly Chartered Membership (CMLI) or progressing on the Landscape Institute Pathway to Chartership (P2C); mentoring/support available for those pursuing it

This role can be based in our London, Birmingham or Bristol offices, with hybrid working allowing for a mix of in‑office and home working.
