R&D: Design to Print Project Lead

Overview

The Design to Print (D2P) Lead sits in the R&D Design Excellence department. We’re seeking someone with solid project management experience to oversee all printed packaging projects, drive cost productivity and quality, and rely on interpersonal skills and drive for success. You’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain.

With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

• Manage and deliver large scale and complex packaging artwork projects from start to finish, on time and within budget
• Provide all packaging related information to complete the Artwork packaging brief through our system and initiate pre-artwork meetings
• Drive continuous improvement of the artwork management process, aiming to streamline lead times and minimize costs
• This position is for a one-year contract

We re seeking a skilled professional with outstanding interpersonal abilities, someone who takes ownership and embraces responsibility. Extensive experience in project management and/or graphic arts/printing is essential for this role.

• Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects, collaborating with diverse business partners across commercial and operations teams.
• Proficiency in End2
  
  End project management of printed packaging.
• Ability to thrive under time pressure, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to zoom in and out as needed.

This position comes with a one-year contract
