We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Account manager with Project management experience to join a growing creative production agency that specialises in delivering standout luxury retail and visual merchandising experiences for global brands.
Day to day:
- Leading a small team to deliver creative retail and VM projects from concept through to completion.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring first-class communication and delivery.
- Working closely with finance to ensure profitability targets are achieved.
- Supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing client relationships.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
Position Requirements
High School,
5+ Years
work experience What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in project and account management within retail design, visual merchandising
- Experience working with premium or luxury retail brands, ideally across window displays, pop-ups, activations, and POS.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale rollouts or full store fit-outs.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
- Confident team leader with excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of production, suppliers, and manufacturing processes within the retail sector.
