Architect - Spanish speaking
My client is an international creative and production partner working across multiple regions. For nearly two decades, they have delivered end-to-end design, production, and implementation solutions for brands in retail, experiential, and hospitality environments. Their work ranges from global rollouts to bespoke activations for major consumer-facing brands.
Role Overview
My client is looking for an Architect who can take ownership of projects from early concept development through technical design and delivery. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with solid technical knowledge, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams, external consultants, and clients. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, design-led environment and can balance creativity with practicality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Project Development
- Produce concept designs, feasibility studies, and early-stage proposals
- Develop detailed design solutions that align with project objectives and constraints
- Work closely with clients to interpret briefs and propose suitable design directions
- Prepare drawings, models, presentations, and design documentation at all stages
- Technical & Delivery
- Create technical drawings, specifications, and coordinated packages
- Ensure designs meet building regulations, codes, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure technical accuracy
- Support site coordination, construction reviews, and issue resolution during delivery
- Oversee quality control to ensure consistency and compliance across project outputs
- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead or support client presentations and design workshops
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with all project stakeholders
- Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with the project team
- Build strong working relationships that support long-term collaboration
- Team & Practice Contribution
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the studio
- Support resource planning, workflows, and project organisation
- Contribute to internal design reviews, critiques, and studio development initiatives

Position Requirements
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Fully qualified Architect (or equivalent professional accreditation)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability across multiple project types
- Solid technical knowledge, including construction details and regulations
- Proficiency in key design and BIM/CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketch Up)
- Strong visualisation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
