Role DescriptionIdeally, this role combines working in an office with remote work. Initially part‑time, it will evolve into a full‑time position. The assistant will prepare reports and relevant documents for cases, conduct research on property prices, analyse construction costs, and develop technical and construction drawings using CAD software. The role requires meeting critical time constraints, including court orders and deadlines.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Architectural Technology and architectural principles
- Skills in technical drawing and construction drawings
- Advanced knowledge of CAD tools and software
- Attention to detail and precision in drawings and plans
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills for remote collaboration
- Relevant education or certifications in architecture, construction, or a related field
- Experience with UK building regulations is highly desirable
