Part Architectural Assistant - Hybrid

A leading local Architectural practice based near to Southampton, have great new opportunities for both experienced Architectural Technicians and Part 2 Architectural Assistants with good planning experience, to join their busy and expanding team. Working on mainly medium and large scale Residential schemes, this is a superb opportunity to join a large and busy team at an exciting period of growth as they look employ individuals to join their established team.

The role will see you have input at various stages of the design process, including: feasibility layouts, planning applications and master planning through to detailed design. It is highly desirable you are experienced in using Revit and this is a great opportunity to work across early project stages combing both Architecture and urban design. Experience working on live projects and familiarity with UK building regulations is a must for these positions.

You will be an integral part of the team and there are great opportunities for long term career progression:

• A salary up to circa £33,000 (DOE) up to £42,000 for Senior level
