Do you want to take part in ambitious projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities? NEUF is looking for an intermediate architect to join its team in Montreal. In direct collaboration with a partner architect, you will be actively involved in the design and execution of various residential projects.
Your Day-to-Day- Contribute to all phases of a project, from initial design to final delivery, while adhering to deadlines and budget;
- Collaborate with the client in developing the functional and technical program, as well as in defining project requirements;
- Design plans that address client needs, building standards, and environmental considerations;
- Develop the design of plans and specifications;
- Produce technical construction details;
- Maintain a professional attitude with clients and apply best practices by providing recommendations, information, and guidance;
- Coordinate and prepare the production of technical documents, specifications, tenders, and presentations;
- Plan weekly tasks and deliverables for the project team;
- Support the site project manager during the construction phase;
- Oversee construction work, ensuring quality control and compliance with the schedule and budget, in accordance with NEUF’s standards and those of the client;
- Master’s Degree in architecture;
- 5 years of relevant experience in an architecture firm;
- Strong understanding of the National Building Code;
- Excellent knowledge of Revit software;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and various stakeholders;
- Excellent priority management and adherence to deadlines;
- Strong technical rigor and attention to detail;
- Agility and responsiveness in the face of challenges;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
- Positive attitude and focus on customer experience;
