Interior Designer - Junior

Our business partner, a well-established interior design firm with a strong reputation in both commercial and residential projects, is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to take a leadership role within their team.

Location:

Town of Mount Royal, QC | Hybrid (1 day remote)

Salary: CA $75,000 – CA $95,000 per year (depending on experience). Base pay range: CA $75,000.00/yr - CA $95,000.00/yr.

• Lead and oversee full design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring creativity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and design direction.
• Manage client relationships with confidence, from initial consultation to final presentation.
• Develop and present innovative design concepts, drawings, and 3D renderings.
• Supervise material selection, specifications, and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 7+ years of proven experience in interior design, with strong exposure to both commercial and residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar).
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates leadership in design and execution.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Experience in Quebec or Canada preferred;
  international experience will be considered for candidates currently residing in Quebec
  .
• English required;
  French is an asset.
