Lead Product Designer

We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to own the entire design function in our sports-focused SaaS/AI platform: product design, visual design, interaction design. You will be the sole designer at first and will shape the bar for quality, systems, and user experience across the company. This is an on-site role at an early-stage startup with close collaboration between design, engineering, and product.

• Own and lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile. You will shape the UI/UX of the entire platform.
• Produce high-fidelity visual design, interaction specs, and prototypes.
• Shape flows, interactions, and interfaces as the product evolves.
• Bring strong visual design skills and product-driven UX instincts.
• Work within an existing design system.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to turn requirements into thoughtful, high-quality experiences.
• Take ownership of hands‑on design work staying close to the product.

• 5+ years of experience at a tech company.
• Exceptional visual design skills and a strong understanding of UX principles.
• Ability to work effectively with business and product stakeholders to ship software.
• Ability to work independently and be able to handle uncertainty.
• Strong leadership and communication skills. Able to frame design decisions with clarity and intent.
