Job Description

• Aid in the creation of architectural designs.
• Study technical documents and reports such as building codes, bylaws, space requirements, site requirements, and others.
• From conceptual drawings and instructions, create manual and CAD drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and lists of material quantities.
• Build architectural models for displays, 3‑D virtual models of architectural designs, etc.
• Create the bid and contract documents.
• May be in charge of the architectural team's drafters, technicians, and technologists.
• It is possible to coordinate, monitor, and inspect other people's work while supervising construction projects.

Requirements

• Architectural Technology Diploma.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, as well as the capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• It is required that you have practical experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to adhere to strict deadlines for projects.
• Excellent critical‑thinking abilities and the capacity to work independently and with little supervision.
• Capacity for remote work.

Required Years of experience: 1-2 Years

Salary: $26.87 - $45.12 per hour
