Facade Designer

Senior Facade Designer – Central London – Up to £70,000

We’re currently working with a respected specialist contractor operating across complex facade, cladding, stonework and building envelope projects across London. They are a well‑established contractor delivering high‑quality schemes across heritage, health, education and commercial sectors.

With a large in‑house design team and an expanding pipeline for the new year, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Facade Designer to join a growing department.

• 10+ years experience in facade design
• Experience across heavyweight facade, including GRC, precast, stonework and glazing
• Experience working in a design & build contractor environment preferred
• Experienced in using Revit, AutoCAD or Inventor
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with architects, engineers, main contractors & suppliers

• Competitive salary of up to £70,000
• Working alongside a design team consisting of 12 staff
• Offering 1 day work from home flexibility
