Senior Architectural Technician

My client is an internationally recognised consultancy that has developed a highly experienced team and created a large number of high value projects during their 30+ year tenure. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction, with a focus on technical detailing and building regulations.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technician, you will be required to:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Ensure all projects comply with building regulations and health and safety standards.
Provide technical advice to the project team and clients.
Attend site meetings and carry out inspections.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
Excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
Strong communication and project management skills.
