Salary - DOE
Our client is a small landscape architecture and urban design studio where people are trusted to get on with their work, ideas are shared openly, and projects are seen through properly from start to finish.
They are open to speaking with landscape architects at different stages of their career. Whether someone is building their foundations or looking for more responsibility, the role can be shaped around experience and interests.
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT ROLE RESPONIBILITIES
Day to day work will sit across live projects, with involvement from early ideas through to delivery. Junior team members will focus on developing technical and design skills, while more experienced landscape architects will take the lead on projects, clients and supporting others in the studio.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
* Working on landscape and urban design projects from concept to delivery
* Producing drawings, reports and technical information suited to your level
* Collaborating with the Director and wider team on project planning and design decisions
* Speaking with clients, consultants and local authorities as your experience allows
* At senior levels, leading projects, guiding others and helping shape how work is delivered
REQUIREMENTS
* A degree in landscape architecture
* Someone who enjoy working in a small team where everyone plays a part
* A practical, considered approach to design
* Good communication skills and a willingness to get involved
* Chartered, on the way to chartership, or happy to work towards it with support
ON OFFER
* Flexible working arrangements
* High-quality IT support for both office and remote working
* Generous annual leave entitlement
* Company pension scheme
* Profit-related bonus scheme
* Private health and wellbeing plan
* Support for career development, including mentoring and help toward chartership (CMLI) where appropriate
* Clear pathways for progression across roles and levels
* Regular team social events and CPD days
* Collaborative studio culture with a supportive, friendly team environment
This would suit someone who wants to do good work, keep learning, and be part of a studio where experience is valued without things feeling overly corporate.
