About Thistle ArchitectureThistle Architecture is a growing, developer-led architectural practice specialising in the retrofit, reuse, and conversion of existing buildings across the UK.
We work on projects from early-stage feasibility through to detailed technical design and construction support. Our focus is on clear, buildable design, delivered efficiently and with a strong understanding of commercial and regulatory constraints.

While this is not a management role, it offers clear scope to grow into a more senior technical position as the practice scales.
