Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client based near Stamford are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior Architectural Technologist on a full-time permanent basis.

This role offers flexible working hours and home working opportunity.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude. You will be involved across all key stages of the design process, from project inception through to construction and delivery.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Architectural Technologist include;

- * Interpret and develop client briefs into practical design solutions

* Produce accurate and detailed construction drawings in line with current UK Building Regulations

* Manage drawings through planning and building regulations approval processes

* You will prepare detailed works instructions, material specifications, and schedules

* Maintain and manage drawing registers

* Liaise with clients, installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Support contract administration and project coordination activities as required

To be considered for the Senior Architectural Technologist role you will have;

- * Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology

* Minimum 5 years’ industry experience with strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulation

* Proven on-site experience

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Proficient in AutoCAD (2D – 2011 onwards)

* Knowledge of Sketch Up desirable but not essential

* Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
