Job Description & How to Apply Below
We're looking for a designer to help us elevate our software products further.
Who We Areis a unicorn product-based company with a global presence in North America (USA), Europe (primarily in the Balkans), and Asia (Philippines).
We build products that power millions worldwide, including:
- Clockify
- The world’s #1 time tracker, trusted by companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, American Express, Amazon and many more. - Pumble
- The all-in-one team communication app. - Plaky - A task management software for simple & visual project planning.
Design and improve interfaces that just make sense to our users. You’ll jump into problems with cross-functional teammates across the whole spectrum—one day tweaking a confusing error screen to make it friendlier, the next helping create a new massive cross-product feature from start to finish.
- Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma or an agentic IDE to test ideas with stakeholders and show engineers what the final experience should look like.
- Dig into how competitors solve tricky flows, and use those insights to make our own products better.
- Keep our design system healthy and up to date, manage tokens, organize components, and add new patterns as we further develop our platform.
- Make accessibility a natural part of your workflow, ensuring what we ship works well for everyone (meeting WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Have a sharp eye for visual bugs and UX rough edges, and jump in to help smooth them out.
- Turn messy product briefs into clean, intuitive designs that solve real user problems without over complicating things.
- Own the visual identity of our products, making sure every screen feels cohesive, polished, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Team up closely with product managers and engineers to turn ideas into shipped software.
- Work with engineering directly on making sure the dev library and design systems are synced.
- 1+ years designing software products.
- High proficiency using Figma.
- Experience with AI models and agentic workflows (Claude, Kiro, or similar).
- Strong graphic design skills (spacing & typography).
- Knowledge of UI patterns (mobile & web).
- Knowledge of HCI principles and various design systems.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git.
- Ability to work in CET timezone.
- Portfolio link is required.
- Make sure you have at least 3-5 case studies that demonstrate your skills.
- Only product design case studies are considered.
- Experience with a variety of SaaS productivity tools.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Innovative Environment
- Work with top tech talent on cutting-edge products. - Work-Life Balance
- No overtime, no work on weekends and no late working hours. - Medical Coverage
- Private health insurance. - B2B contractor model and generous leave credits - 22 vacation days + 10 sick days yearly.
- Continuous Learning
- In-house learning programs, tech lectures, knowledge sharing. - Remote Work Setup
- Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with provided laptop equipment to support your work.
