Role & responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams during design development.
- Conduct occasional site visits and provide design support for ongoing projects.
- Review project requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Rhino 3D is mandatory.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software is preferred.
- Strong presentation and visualization skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to East African project sites.
