Kids is seeking an experienced Lead Trainer / Academic Head to own the quality of all teaching programs from Scratch to AI projects. You will shepherd the grade-wise curriculum, design advanced courses, and ensure alignment with national standards while mentoring a team of trainers.
You will also lead trainer training, monitor class quality, and oversee school program deployments. This role blends hands-on teaching with strategic curriculum leadership in a remote-first EdTech setup.
