Leadr is hiring a Leadr Academy Coach to develop and deliver manager training programs. You will coach, equip, and empower leaders with practical skills that drive performance and engagement, facilitating live sessions and providing hands-on coaching to ensure actionable outcomes.
You will work with the Leadr Academy team to refine curricula, stay current on leadership trends, and support managers across client organizations. Some travel is required, with a minimum of 2x per month onsite.
