Overview
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team in the South London area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected independent practice known for its strong team culture and emphasis on professional development. With a full office and increased business levels, they’re offering the successful candidate a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
With just one survey per day, our clients are strongly focused on quality over quantity.
Working hours- As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time (Monday–Friday)
- Remote working
- Basic salary between £45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
- £5,000 London Living Allowance
- Discretionary Bonus
- Car Allowance
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Private Healthcare
- Minimum Assoc
RICS qualified - Min 1 years’ experience
- VRS (preferred, but not essential)
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Carrying out Level 2 reports (Essential)
- Conducting Level 3 Surveys (training can be provided for this for the right candidate)
