The Technical Field Advisor in Indonesia will travel to various mine sites to provide hands‑on technical support, including maintenance of GEHO pumps and related equipment. The role also involves managing on‑site stock, reporting equipment and inventory status, and building strong customer relationships through technical expertise. A key focus is supporting aftermarket business and ensuring operational reliability at customer sites.

• Perform maintenance on GEHO pumps and associated equipment at customer sites and provide detailed reports of activities conducted.
• Maintain compliance with Weir and customer policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships across the business nationally and globally.
• Comply with Weir and customer policies and procedures and maintain required certifications to perform the role.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero‑harm behaviors in support of a world‑class safety culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience as a fitter/mechanic.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin;
  Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems like SAP is desirable.
• Willingness to work at remote mine sites for extended periods (up to 3 weeks), including 12‑hour shifts in hot, humid, and dusty conditions; manual handling of heavy tools required.
• Relevant technical certifications from previous roles are a plus.
